Hi! I’m Megan, owner and founder of Oxygen Fitness Coaching.
When I first became a mom, I got completely lost in taking care of my son with Down Syndrome and his medical needs. I was exhausted, stressed beyond belief, and struggling with my mental health.
I realized I needed to put my oxygen mask on first every day as a mom and take care of myself. But I didn’t have much time.
That’s when I discovered the power of short daily workouts to improve our energy, boost our mood, reduce stress and anxiety, and keep us strong as moms.
